Questions we get asked
How often do you cut?
Most Memphis lawns need weekly cutting from spring through early autumn. Growth slows in high summer heat and again late in the year, when every two weeks is usually enough. We'll recommend a schedule when we quote, and you can change it any time.
What's included in a visit?
Mow, edge along drives and walkways, string trim around beds, fences and obstacles, then blow down all hard surfaces. Nothing is charged separately — that's a standard visit.
What happens if it rains on my day?
We move you to the next available day that week and let you know. We don't cut saturated turf because it tears the grass and leaves ruts, so occasionally a visit shifts a day or two.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers are at work when we come. We just need gate access — if it's locked, let us know the code or leave it open on your service day.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract for recurring mowing. You can pause for holidays or stop with reasonable notice. A maintenance agreement is available if you'd prefer fixed pricing across the season.
My lawn is badly overgrown — can you still take it on?
Yes. Overgrown lawns sometimes need a one-off cleanup cut before regular service starts, priced separately. We'll tell you up front if that applies rather than surprising you afterwards.
How is the price worked out?
By the property — lot size, obstacles and how much trimming is involved. Quoted before we start and it doesn't change because the grass grew fast that week. Quotes are free with no obligation.
